Overview
Nestled on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors in the picturesque market town of Helmsley, the Verbena Spa opened in 2008 within an additional building to the already established Feversham Arms Hotel. Since its launch, the spa has continued to impress, winning awards and excellent press reviews for their product & service.

The Project Brief
The owners contacted us at a time when they had already pre-formed layouts. Despite a relatively late call we were able to pick up the project mid-term, refine layouts and design, and improve practical operational issues ensuring the fundamentals worked commercially and the guest’s experience was maximized within the philosophy of Feversham. Our services continued to provide pre-opening set-up and staff training, followed by operational assessment visits.
The Result
The style of the Verbena Spa is soft, relaxing and homely using natural products, with strong natural colours and textures. Plenty of seating, book reading areas and places to sit and unwind with the family or friends.The Spa goes from strength to strength winning the UK’s top accolades.
